Jennifer Lopez has already had her Super Bowl halftime show moment, having headlined with Shakira back in 2020. But it seems like she wanted to take to the stage again this year, and is reportedly “furious” that it didn’t happen…

According to reports, the 56-year-old multihyphenate wanted to join Bad Bunny, 31, on stage during his headline performance, which she thought would be quite simple to achieve since he and J Balvin were guest performers when she and the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer headlined.

Jennifer Lopez Wanted To Be Included In Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime Show

Bad Bunny put on a spectacular show at Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara, California on February 8th – officially named the most-watched halftime show in Super Bowl history – with fans going wild when he brought Lady Gaga out on stage with him. And this, according to NewsNation, is why the "On the Floor" singer is "furious!"

"Jennifer Lopez, who shared the Super Bowl stage with Bad Bunny and Shakira at the 2020 game, was 'shook' and 'furious' she wasn't at the big game," a report from NewsNation claims.

An insider reportedly told the outlet that the Hustlers alum is particularly angry about being excluded because "she's been trying to make a comeback," and she hoped that being involved in the show could have helped her career.

"Nothing is working. Her movie [Kiss of the Spider Woman] bombed. Her shows in Vegas over the New Year did okay – but it was the New Year – and her singing is being mocked online," the source continued.

"She's performing every song live in Vegas and there are some people who are better off lip synching if you know what I mean," they added.

Jennifer Lopez Sent Bad Bunny 'Love' On Social Media Before The Show

The Unstoppable actress still publicly supported Bad Bunny though, and sent a seemingly heartfelt message on social media.

The JLo Beauty mogul captioned a series of pictures of herself with the "Me Porto Bonito" singer: "Sending you all the love, positivity and the biggest hug in the world."

She added: "We are all behind you tonight. I know that you are going to kill it! I am here with you the way you were there with me."
