One of the most drastic transformations has been Khloé's, as she's known for undergoing an impressive weight loss over the last decade. The mom-of-two has opened up about her struggles to slim down and dealing with low self-esteem until she settled into maintainable healthy habits and lost 80 pounds.
Now, the Khloud popcorn founder has become the face of numerous health-related projects, from nutritional products to ad campaigns. More recently, she partnered with Fabletics to promote some of their athleisure wear and posed for a chic photoshoot. On Instagram, she shared a behind-the-scenes clip from the shoot, where she can be seen in a brown workout bra and matching leggings lying across an exercise table and showing off her toned torso.

Despite her claiming she hasn't had any kind of cosmetic procedure or plastic surgery related to her weight loss, over the last few years, as she's seemingly slimmed down even more, the internet has been speculating that something else is going on.
After the photoshoot clip was shared in one of her recent Instagram posts, some users screenshotted it and pointed out what looked like a scar on her stomach. Not just any scar, but one that looks like it could be associated with liposuction.
"Lipo-scar," wrote a Reddit user. "Because who has time to exercise that stubborn fat away?"
"They're plastic surgery scars because they are Kardashians and all of them use lipo like it's a weight loss tool," speculated another.
