Ever since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry left the royal family life to move to California, many have wondered if a time would come when they would want to go back.

Now, as more reports come out that the prince is slowly recovering his relationship with his father, some are coming out about the As Ever founder wanting to do the same. A royal commentator and podcaster recently revealed that there are whispers of Meghan wanting to get her working royal title back and slowly reincorporate herself into that lifestyle, especially after her diplomatic Australian trip and other ventures. This didn’t go over well with numerous social media users, many of whom are convinced that she’s only considering this option due to her previous “failed” projects. Meghan Markle Reportedly Wants To Start Performing Her Royal Duties Again

One of the most shocking events in royal family history was undoubtedly the departure of the Suits actress and Spare author in 2020, when they stepped down from their official duties as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and moved from the UK to their current California home.

It was a tumultuous process, and one shared thought people from around the world had was the question of what they would do next with their lives, now that they were free from the rigidity and tradition of royal life, other than parent their two children, Archie, and Lilibet. Today, Meghan is a lifestyle guru with her As Ever brand and former Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, and Harry is a published author with his bombshell memoir. Both still attend charity events that are reminiscent of things they would do as working royals, but it looks like Meghan might be more comfortable with the idea of returning to that lifestyle than we thought.

Royal commentator and podcaster, Mark Dolan, recently went on air to say that the mom-of-two had "realized that her solo projects aren't working" and that her "amazing independent brand is not successful."

"My royal insiders are telling me that she's all out now to get back to the UK to reconnect with King Charles and to effectively be [Duchess] Meghan again," he said on the Daily Expresso podcast, as reported by Express.

Social Media Users Call Meghan's Posts 'Desperate' Amid Reports She & Harry Are 'At Odds'

Though the large collections of pictures were adored by loyal fans of the parents-of-two, it didn't necessarily get the response a 'normal' anniversary post would get.

Despite it not being a milestone anniversary for Harry and Meghan, it was one of the first times she's decided to share such intimate, never-before-seen pictures from the day all at once. It was also interesting timing, considering just recently, reports have emerged that she and her husband are "at odds," as he gradually works towards reconciling with the royal family and potentially getting back to work, and she locks in on her American lifestyle brand.

On platforms like Reddit, users commented on the "desperation" they felt behind the post, and how they felt it was the 44-year-old's attempt to patch up her and her husband's controversial image.

"It's like they haven't really moved on, despite having actually left," wrote a user.

"She kept all the internal pics private and now, in a moment of desperation, unloads them all to get attention," responded another. "But well after most people care...She's so bad at being calculating."

One user called the posts "vapid and sad," with another adding, "This is so beyond pathetic."

"She also posted SO MANY pictures," they continued. "Feels desperate."
